Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BLS certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver delegated nursing support including activities of daily living and patient monitoring.
• Assist with patient mobility, comfort, hygiene, and elimination needs.
• Perform clerical duties and use basic office equipment as needed.
• Communicate with RN and health team regarding patient condition and needs.
