Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Assistant Program; or Florida CNA certification; or LPN; or RN.
• State of Florida CNA certification or LPN/RN licensure.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing or equivalent.
• Medical corpsman/EMT/Paramedic background acceptable.
• International/licensure considered for foreign-trained professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assists patient with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination and nutritional needs.
• Provides routine treatments and maintains a safe, clean, organized patient environment.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality; follows standard precautions and hand hygiene.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent

Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Assistant Program

State of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant certification

State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse

Graduate of an approved school of nursing

Medical Corpsman, Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic

Medical personnel licensed outside the United States Licensure/Certification
