Job summary

Xclusive Care Services is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our in-person team in Jonesboro, GA. This part-time role offers a minimum of 15 hours per week with pay at $16.00 per hour and a performance-based bonus.

You will provide daily living assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship across various care settings. Required are a valid Driver's license, PCA and CNA certifications, CPR, and a successful background check.

Qualifications

• PCA/CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• TB test within 7 days if not current.
• PCA online test available if needed.
• Background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and transfers; assist with exercises and walking.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor schedules.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and social interaction.
• Coordinate transportation for appointments and errands.
• Maintain home safety and hazard awareness.
• Communicate with clients, families, and care providers.
• Maintain required certifications through training.
