Job summary

Xclusive Care Services is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our in-person team. You will assist clients with daily activities across home and clinical settings, prioritizing safety and wellbeing.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training. Required certifications include CNA or PCA, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; TB testing and background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• CNA or PCA certification (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• TB test within 7 days if not current.
• PCA online test (free if needed).
• Background check instructions will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Mobility Support: Transfers, walking, exercises.
• Meal Prep: Cook meals per dietary needs.
• Medication Reminders.
• Light Housekeeping: Laundry, cleaning, bed changes.
• Companionship: Emotional support and social interaction.
• Transportation: Appointments, errands.
• Home Safety: Maintain hazard-free environment.
• Communication: Inform clients, families, and providers.
