Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in-home care experience.
• GA CNA certification or PCA certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• TB/PPD test completed.
• Driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Medication reminders (no skilled nursing).
• Document care and report changes in condition.
• Follow the care plan and all safety guidelines.
