You will play a vital role in enriching clients' lives by supporting wellness, personal care, and daily activities according to customized care plans. Training is available in dementia/Alzheimer’s care for skill expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and monitor wellness per care plans.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and mobility as needed.
• Report health changes or incidents promptly and accurately.
• Support client routines and accompany them on shopping trips.
