Qualifications

• Fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine demonstrated by board certification or eligibility.
• California medical license required or eligible for license in CA.
• Experience in hospice and palliative care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate palliative care.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive care plans and patient education.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with 35 patient contact hours per week over five days; no night shifts or weekend calls.
