Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a full-time BC/BC Palliative Care Physician to join our resource-rich team affiliated with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation of Sutter Health.

We offer a physician-led, collegial environment with a guaranteed salary, shareholder eligibility after two years, relocation allowance, and an attractive benefits package. Schedule is five days weekly with 35 patient contact hours, no nights or weekend calls.

Qualifications

• Fellowship trained in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.
• California medical license is required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with primary care clinicians and specialists to deliver coordinated palliative care.
• Formulate comprehensive care plans and provide ongoing evaluations with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient education and support in clinic, home, and telemedicine settings.
