Responsibilities

• Implement individualized physical therapy plans based on evaluations.

• Oversee rehabilitation aides and coordinate therapy activities.
• Modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments with the PT.
• Communicate patient progress and discharge recommendations to the PT.
