Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Case Therapist II for outpatient services on casual days, with part-time hours and rotating shifts. The role emphasizes crisis intervention, care coordination with PES, ED, and psychiatry to determine disposition and timely access to services.

You will document patient progress, adhere to ethical standards, and engage with community resources. Requires a Master's degree in psychology or related field and at least one year of mental health/substance use

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health/substance use counseling.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and staff.
