Working Nurses Healthcare, llc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to provide in-home therapy, assess patient needs, and craft customized treatment plans.

You will coordinate with the treating physicians and health team to arrange follow-up care and educate families on lifestyle changes with a compassionate approach. Qualifications

• Must be licensed or registered by the State.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds and discuss health concerns and therapy needs.
• Assist in evaluations and development of the rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation as required.
• Prepare clinical and daily progress notes and periodic summary reports.
• Instruct patient and family, assist in teaching exercise programs with the supervising OTR.
• Write daily progress notes on patients and submit within 48 hours.
