Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide OT services under supervision in a PRN capacity at a Waco facility. You will assist patients in regaining daily living skills and independence, working closely with registered therapists and nursing staff.

The role requires an OTA degree, current Texas license, and preferred prior rehab experience. You will participate in documenting progress and supporting patient goals in a healthcare/LTC environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program is required.
• A current state license to practice as a COTA is required and must be maintained.
• Previous experience in occupational therapy or rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out OT treatment plans.
• Instruct patients in adaptive equipment and self-care.
• Document services and report progress to OT.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff.
