Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer skills for health records and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and educate staff.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in medical records.
