Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in a SNF setting, evaluating and treating patients per an individualized plan of care.

You will provide excellent patient care, collaborate with facility staff, educate patients and families on progress and outcomes, complete timely documentation, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, addressing concerns and educating them on progress and outcomes
• Re-evaluating progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Completing timely and accurate documentation: evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
