Qualifications

BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
OT credential (licensed) and related qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

Evaluate each patient’s functional abilities and needs to develop individualized therapy plans.
Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans with timely documentation.
Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in recovery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure smooth transitions of care.
Lead by example and mentor therapy assistants or students in line with hospital values.
