Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitative care in a supportive team environment. You will be involved in direct patient care, developing and supervising personalized treatment plans, and tracking progress to promote independence and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
