Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist.
• Models a professional image and promotes teamwork.
• Ensures residents are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Upholds residents' rights and privacy; knock before entering rooms.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
• Treat patients as directed by licensed therapist.
• Travel or float between facilities as needed.
