Job summary

Princeton Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a post-acute setting, with oversight of assistants as appropriate. The role requires compliance with licensing standards and a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, educating patients and families, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes. This position may require flexible scheduling and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Valid state OT license.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement OT care plans.
• Educate patients and families on therapies.
• Supervise COTAs as permitted by license and policy.
• Document evaluations, plans of care, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain equipment and report needed repairs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for outcomes.
