Qualifications

• Background in dental or orthodontic assisting with understanding of ortho appliances.
• Ability to be kind, respectful, and supportive to patients and team.
• Proactive team player with strong customer service and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during exams and treatments, ensuring patient comfort.
• Place and remove archwires, coil springs, bands, retainers, and attachments.
• Perform 3D digital scans and help fabricate appliances.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and appliance care.
• Prepare treatment suites and sterilize equipment.
• Maintain thorough treatment notes for continuity of care.
