Job summary

Pearle Vision in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care and professional services at their neighborhood location. Pay structure and hours are negotiated directly between the Optometrist and the Licensed Operator.

The role emphasizes a strong doctor-patient relationship, accurate diagnoses, and excellent customer service while maintaining quality office systems and supporting the Pearle Vision brand nationally.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of optometry.
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Create exceptional value in the lives of patients by delivering excellent Patient/Customer service through the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care experience.
• Work with the Licensed Operator store team and Pearle Vision brand field leadership to build a safe and motivating work environment that encourages commitment, innovation, success and continued growth for the brand.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Help ensure Pearle Vision is known as a leading optical provider within the community.
