A Pearle Vision Licensed Operator owner (Franchisee) seeks an Optometrist to provide high‑quality optometric patient care and professional services at their location. Pay structure, benefits and hours are negotiated directly between the Optometrist and the Licensed Operator.
Pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Additional compensation may include a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
