Responsibilities

• Sort and file daily sales and invoices.
• Enter sales, payments, and payables into Microsoft Great Plains.
• Manage all cash and check payments, including deposits.
• Answer billing questions from clinics and families with thorough support.
• Track and collect pending payments from clinics and families.
• Produce monthly statements and revenue reports.
• Create the commission schedule for the Director of Business Development.
• Make tax payments and pay bills; cut checks.
• Maintain and balance the financial ledger.
• Supervise office staff: scheduling, training, annual reviews, hiring/firing.
