Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services in Marietta, GA is hiring a full-time Office Manager. The role involves overseeing daily financial operations, billing, deposits, and staff management in a service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and organizational skills required.
• Self-motivated and well organized with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in cash handling and billing processes.
• Experience with accounting software (Great Plains preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and related MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Sort and file daily sales and invoices.
• Enter sales, payments, and payables into accounting system.
• Manage all cash and check payments, including deposits.
• Answer billing-related questions from clinics and families and provide support.
• Track and collect pending payments and prepare monthly statements.
• Maintain and balance financial ledgers and oversee staff scheduling and reviews.
