Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes annual competencies as appropriate to position.
• Documents accurately and timely per department policies.
• Reviews diagnostic data and its clinical relevance for treatment.
• Provides treatment interventions based on a treatment plan and goals.
• Initiates patient care activities in a timely manner within guidelines.
• Ensures patient charges are captured and submitted within 24 hours of treatment.
• Completes program specialist competency/checklist for current role (In-Patient and Work Hardening).
• Demonstrates willingness to cross-train according to credentials and department needs.
• Assists with orientation of new staff and/or students.
• Performs other functions as assigned.
