Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Current state licensure to practice as an OT.
• CPR certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy plus relevant experience acceptable if criteria met.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to OT patients.
• Supervise therapy sessions and treatments, assess patients, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships by addressing physical, mental and emotional needs.
