Job summary

St. John Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist in North Dakota to deliver patient-centered therapy within our inpatient rehabilitation program.

You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, supervise treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and meaningful recovery. Current state licensure and CPR are required; Master's degree preferred or BA with equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's Degree preferred

Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience

Current licensure or certification

CPR certification
