Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus relevant experience.
• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Identify goals, target patient concerns and support recovery.
• Build meaningful patient relationships to support holistic rehabilitation.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes with the care team.

Education
