Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Emerado, North Dakota. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered rehabilitation and helping individuals regain independence.

As part of a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, you will provide direct care, develop personalized treatment plans, supervise care plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to achieve meaningful outcomes. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
