Qualifications

• Current OT licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients needing occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
