AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and educate patients and caregivers. You will document progress, discharge when appropriate, and supervise assistants while maintaining safety and quality care.

The role requires OT licensure, BLS certification, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Master's in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Current OT license or eligibility in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establishes, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans, including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency.
• Documents accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology.
• Discharges patients when maximum benefit is achieved or according to standards of practice and payer guidelines.
• Oversees care provided by assistants and ensures safety and quality standards.
