Williamsburg Village Healthcare Campus in DeSoto, TX is seeking a Nutrition Services - Dietary Aide to support our dining services for residents, assisting the food service team in meal preparation, setup, and timely service.

You will help ensure safe handling, proper portioning, cleanliness, and friendly hospitality, supporting a warm dining experience in a long-term and rehabilitative care setting. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Food handlers’ card is required.
• Previous experience in food service preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of sanitations, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Able to communicate tactfully with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe food handling guidelines and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare and portion foods according to recipes and production worksheets.
• Serve meals with correct plating and portion controls within set serving times.
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Assist other staff to ensure timely food production, service, and clean-up.
