Job summary

Woodville Health And Rehab Center is seeking a Nutrition Services Aide to assist in delivering nutrition services, including food preparation, tray setup, dishwashing, and general cleaning in a care setting.

You will prepare dining room tables and patient trays, deliver nourishments, maintain sanitation, and follow safety policies to ensure quality patient care. This is a full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current state Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assures that sanitation and quality standards are met.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes, pots, tableware, and utensils as needed.
• Prepares dining room tables and patient room trays with proper tableware, condiments, and tray tickets.
• Performs various food preparation tasks and assists in portioning servings.
• Delivers nourishments for trayline and dining rooms.
• Maintains daily care of dishwashing, pot/pan, lavatory, and hand sinks and work areas.
• Identifies and corrects safety hazards.
• Completes Logs as assigned.
