Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care at Methodist Hospital in Omaha. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Completion of first clinical rotation as Nursing Assistant.
Successful completion of the 75-hour state approved Nurse Assistant course.
High school students 16 years or older may be considered.
Responsibilities
Provides patient care per age-appropriate plan of care and promotes comfort and safety.
Assists with activities of daily living and personal care.
Completes documentation accurately and timely in Cerner and worksheets.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in patient rooms and common areas.
Responds promptly to patient needs and communicates with health care team.
