Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare settings or STNA or student in healthcare major.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Proficient technology, typing and computer skills.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care on assigned unit.
• Knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.

Responsabilités

• Provide care appropriate to the patient's age on the assigned unit to identify changes in condition.
• Assist with patient care and room preparation as directed.
• Orders and restocks patient care supplies to meet daily needs.
• Comply with organizational policies and practices to ensure quality performance.
• Maintain department competencies for patient care.
