Job summary
Saint Luke's Health System in Lee's Summit, Missouri is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with bathing, hygiene, toileting, feeding and hydration, as well as mobility and positioning to support patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications include a CNA certification and Basic Life Support (BLS). Experience is not required or limited to less than 1 year.
Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or in progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, hygiene, toileting, feeding and hydration.
- Support patient safety by participating in regular rounds and communicating with the RN and team.
- Assist with ambulation, positioning, and mobility as delegated by nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
