Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene and incontinence care.
• Assists residents with feeding and getting food trays.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with turning, positioning, ambulation, and daily activities.
• Answers nurse call system to determine resident needs.
• Documents services provided and maintains confidentiality.
• Demonstrates punctuality and regular attendance for shifts.
