Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, toileting, eating.
• Administer delegated tasks and treatments as directed by RN/LPN.
• Record vital statistics and health information.
• Collect non-invasive specimens when needed.
• Handle scheduling and documentation related to patient care.
• Prepare treatment areas and clean equipment and rooms.
• Provide one-on-one care as needed for safety and comfort.
