Responsibilities

• Collects patient data, vital signs and other measurements, and documents in the medical record.
• Assists with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities as needed.
• Communicates patient status to licensed professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Transports patient specimens and maintains a clean, organized environment in the unit.
• Provides general support to the department and greets patients, visitors, and staff.
