Willow Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation in Florissant, MO is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide basic resident care under supervision. You will assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and daily activities, explain procedures, and help keep residents comfortable and safe.

The role requires state-approved CNA training and certification, the ability to read and write, and good communication with residents and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program; Name must appear on State Registry as Nurse Aide in good standing.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff; must be able to read and write.

Responsabilités

• Participates in and receives nursing report upon reporting for duty.
• Assists residents with resident care including bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Explains procedures to residents before administering.
• Keeps residents dry (changes gown, clothing, linen, etc., when it becomes wet or soiled).
• Changes bed linens and keeps linens tight to avoid wrinkles from forming under residents.
• Makes beds (occupied and unoccupied).
