Willowcreek Wellness & Rehabilitation in Florissant, MO is seeking a Nurse Aide to provide basic resident care under supervision. You will assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and daily living tasks, while ensuring safety and respect for residents.

We value reliable team members who can communicate clearly with residents and nursing staff, read and follow care plans, and maintain clean and organized patient areas. Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Successful completion of State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program; name must appear on State Registry as Nurse Aide in good standing.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Must have the ability to read and write.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in and receives nursing report upon reporting for duty.
• Assists residents with resident care including bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Explains procedures to residents before administering
• Keeps residents dry (changes gown, clothing, linen, etc., when it becomes wet or soiled)
• Changes bed linens and keeps linens tight to avoid wrinkles from forming under residents
• Makes beds (occupied and unoccupied)
