Apploi in Missouri seeks a Nurse Aide to provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision. You will perform standard duties, assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and the use of adaptive equipment, and participate in shift handoffs.

Qualified candidates must complete state-approved CNA training, be listed on the state registry in good standing, and demonstrate strong communication and basic reading/writing skills. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• State-approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program completed.
• Name must appear on State Registry as Nurse Aide in good standing.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Prior experience as Nurse Aide preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Participates in and receives nursing report upon reporting for duty.
• Assists residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Explains procedures to residents before administering.
• Keeps residents dry (changes gown, clothing, linen, etc.) when wet or soiled.
• Changes bed linens and keeps linens tight to avoid wrinkles.
• Makes beds (occupied and unoccupied).
