Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - West Tennessee, LLC in Jackson, TN is hiring a Nursing Assistant (NA) for full-time 12-hour shifts both day and night. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $21.33 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years relevant work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform bathing and basic patient care using basin-less methods and assist with oral hygiene and feeding.
• Conduct hourly rounds to monitor patient needs and comfort.
• Transport patients to treatment areas and assist with transfers via wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment such as bedpans and urinals.
• Keep patient rooms clean and organized; ensure stock levels of supplies.
• Assist in daily unit operations and equipment maintenance as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
