Job summary

The Waterford at Round Rock is seeking a dedicated Nursing Aide to support residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting in Round Rock, TX. You will assist with daily living activities, help with meals, and support treatments to promote resident independence.

Responsibilities include escorting residents, enabling meaningful activities, and delivering care with dignity and respect. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with experience in senior living as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and encourages self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleanup afterward.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
