Job summary

The Waterford at West Bend, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Nursing Aide to support residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and care planning in a respectful, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
