Job summary

Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessments, medications, and care planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in the applicable state and completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and support residents' health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with ADLs.
• Educate residents and families on health management and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and resident progress.
• Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
• RNs may supervise LPNs, STNAs, and other team members as needed.
