Job summary
Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our dedicated nursing team. You will assess, monitor, and support residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
RNs may take on clinical oversight and leadership within the nursing team. Opportunities exist to participate in staff training, quality improvement, and delivering exceptional care in a warm,
Qualifications
- LPN: Current LPN license in state
- RN: Current RN license in state
- Completion of accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN for RN; PN program for LPN)
- Healthcare experience; long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and support residents’ health needs
- Administer medications and treatments per prescriptions
- Collaborate on individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and ADL assistance
- Educate residents and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Uphold infection control standards and a safe environment
- Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- RN may supervise LPNs and other staff as needed
