Qualifications

• Minimum required age 16 years old.

• Ability to provide care appropriate to residents and understand aging-related needs.
• Ability to assess resident data and determine needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Communicate needs to inventory personnel to restock supplies and ensure adequate stock.
• Demonstrate knowledge to care for residents on the assigned neighborhood and report changes in condition or behavior.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
