Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completed state-approved 76 hour nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
• Be listed on the Nebraska Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care for each member to maintain quality of life.
• Maintain dignity and confidentiality of members.
• Perform routine nursing duties for elderly residents at the Veterans Home.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments.
• Transport members to activities, doctor visits, and hospital as needed.
