Job summary

Kettering Health Dayton is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support nursing staff and enhance patient care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and maintain a safe, clean environment under licensed supervision.

Entry-level with on-the-job training; BLS certification required within 90 days of hire. Eligible candidates may include STNA-certified individuals, nursing students, or current Kettering Health employees.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain STNA cert in Ohio, with BLS within 90 days of hire.
• On-the-job training provided; entry-level position.
• Experience in patient care or nursing programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed staff.
