West Central Planning & Development District is seeking dependable non-emergency medical transport drivers to provide safe, timely rides for clients to medical appointments and essential services in Hot Springs and Pine Bluff. Each driver operates as an independent contractor and is assigned a vehicle and work phone.

Starting pay is $15 per hour, with federal holidays off. The role requires a valid license, clean record, reliability, and the ability to work independently while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Familiar with GPS and local routes.
• Experience with seniors or disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to medical appointments and destinations.
• Assist entering and exiting vehicle courteously.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate with dispatch and clients about schedules and routes.
• Assist mobility devices such as walkers or wheelchairs.
• Document trips accurately and follow procedures.
